Work as Response to the Divine Providence

Calbayog City: At 8:30 this morning, all aspirants went down from their dormitories towards our usual gathering place for our Saturday laborandum (work). For us, work is our response to the Divine Providence. God has given us the capacity to work. Being responsible for this gift, we use it for the betterment of ourselves and our community. Through work, we are able to clean and beautify our house. We are able to maintain the good condition of our facilities. We too are able to make ourselves physically fit.

As part of our routine before proceeding to our work assignment, we usually pray first to remind ourselves that work is grace and at the same time our response to the Divine Providence.
