"Promoting Calabrian and Professional View of Empathy"

Taytay: Last August 25, 2023: The Calabrian Formation School and Brother Francisco Perez Clinic had it's monthly formation which was facilitated by Sr. Maria Jose. The theme was "Changing the Shoes: A Calabrian and Professional View of Empathy." The formation was set to highlight on the importance of empathy in the workplace. The objective of the formation was to raise awareness about Calabrian and professional view of empathy. It also seeks to enhance sensitivity, listening skills, and understanding in daily interactions. The program, scheduled from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm, includes an ice-breaker session, an opening prayer, a dynamic "changing the shoes" exercise, a talk, and a workshop.
