NFH Aspirant Shares Reflection on Meditation and Spiritual Reading in Calabrian Formation

Calbayog City: On September 10, 2024, Aspirant Michael Atamosa led a session at Nazareth Formation House about the importance of meditation and spiritual reading in the Calabrian formation. His talk focused on how these practices help deepen one’s connection with God.

The session was guided by Fr. Jeffrey U. Singzon, PSDP, and followed by a sharing of insights, reflections, and an open forum, which helped everyone understand the topic more deeply.
