Medical Mission Conducted at San Lorenzo Ruiz Parish

Taytay, Rizal – On 9 June 2025, the Social Service Ministry of San Lorenzo Ruiz Parish, in collaboration with the local government of Taytay and volunteer medical professionals, successfully held a medical mission aimed at providing free healthcare services to the local community.

The outreach program offered free circumcision and tooth extraction procedures to approximately 120 beneficiaries, primarily targeting children and individuals in need of basic medical and dental care.

The activity commenced with a Holy Mass at 6:00 a.m., presided over by Rev. Fr. Von Calipes, PSDP, underscoring the Church’s commitment to holistic care—addressing both the spiritual and physical well-being of the faithful. The medical services began shortly after and concluded at 12:00 noon.

This initiative reflects the ongoing partnership between the parish and local authorities to promote accessible healthcare and uphold the dignity and welfare of the community, especially the underprivileged.
