Journey of Hope: San Lorenzo Ruiz Parish Youth Ministry’s 26th Pilgrimage to Antipolo

Taytay, Rizal - The San Lorenzo Ruiz Parish Youth Ministry successfully held its 26th Pilgrimage to Antipolo Cathedral on April 16-17, 2025. The journey began with the Sacrament of Reconciliation around 5:00 in the afternoon, followed by the Holy Eucharist at 6:00 in the evening. Then, from 9:00 to 10:30 PM, pilgrims attended a talk themed "Pilgrims of Hope", which was complemented by a solemn Taizé prayer.

Following the prayer, the pilgrims embarked on their spiritual journey, passing St. John the Baptist Minor Basilica in Taytay, Rizal, before proceeding to their final destination at Our Lady of Peace and Good Voyage, Antipolo Cathedral. The pilgrimage served as a meaningful avenue for the youth to offer sacrifices, reflect on Christ’s Passion and Death, and pray for their loved ones and those in need. Through prayer, reflection, and sacrifice, the participants deepened their faith and embraced a moment of grace for God’s greater glory.
