CFSI & BFPC Holds Lenten Recollection

Taytay, Rizal - The annual Lenten Recollection of the Calabrian Formation School and Brother Francisco Perez Clinic Staff last March 28, 2025, proved to be a spiritually transformative experience for each participant. It was facilitated by Rev. Fr. Raymond Balaod, PSDP who brought them to reflect, renew, and reconcile themselves to God and with each other. Fr. Raymond helped them foster a deeper connection to faith in this sacred season of Lent.

The Recollection began at 9:00 in the morning and concluded around 4:00 in the afternoon. Fr. Raymond highlighted also the celebration of the Sacraments of Reconciliation and the Holy Eucharist which are fundamental for the participants in their renewal. The sacraments are aid for the participants to reaffirm their commitment to God and to the community they served, and helped them on their spiritual journey.  

The venue for the recollection was at the Media Room of Calabrian Formation School, which provided a conducive environment for reflection and fellowship. The setting contributed a sense of closeness among the participants. The participants immersed themselves in prayer, contemplation, and sharing aimed for their spiritual growth. This recollection offered everyone an opportunity not only to deepen their personal faith but also strengthen their bonds within the community, fostering a spirit of solidarity and support with each other.
