PSDP-NFH Choir Leads Singing at Seventh Novena Mass for St. Vincent de Paul
Calbayog City: Today, the PSDP-NFH Choir led the singing during the seventh novena Mass in honor of St. Vincent de Paul at St. Vincent de Paul College Seminary, where many Nazareth Formation House aspirants study philosophy. The Mass was celebrated by Fr. Jeffrey Singzon, Rector of Nazareth Formation House, who shared a message about what it means to belong to God’s family.
Fr. Singzon reminded the aspirants that being part of God’s family goes beyond just listening to His Word—it requires living it through action. He encouraged them not to strive to be leaders who simply command, but to be servant-leaders who serve with humility and love. Like St. Vincent de Paul, they are called to be a brother to all, leading with kindness and compassion.
This message of servant leadership is at the heart of their formation. Fr. Singzon urged the aspirants to follow the example of St. Vincent, treating everyone as their brother and serving those in need. By doing this, they will not only grow in their own faith but also bring hope and light to the world, fulfilling their call to serve as true brothers in Christ.
