NFH Joins the Feast of Our Lady of Nativity, Patroness of Calbayog City

Calbayog City: Today, the Nazareth Formation House (NFH) community joined the people of Calbayog City in celebrating the Feast of Our Lady of Nativity, the city’s patroness. The day began with a Vesper Mass led by Bishop Isabelo Abarquez, followed by a procession through the streets.

In the evening, the "Evening with Mary" brought together priests and religious. Rev. Keirstin Lamparas of Nazareth Formation House blessed the food, while Fr. Jeffrey Singzon, Chairperson of the Association of Religious of Calbayog, gave an inspiring message. He reminded everyone of the lessons we can learn from Mary: grace in the face of challenges and trust in God’s plan.

The evening ended with everyone offering roses to Our Lady while singing Salve Regina. Bishop Abarquez expressed his gratitude to all who participated, making the celebration a beautiful tribute to Mary.

Nazareth Formation House continues to grow in faith, inspired by the grace and trust of the Blessed Virgin Mary.
