Fr. Alito’s First Visit to Naga and Cogon Community
Calbayog City: Brgy. Naga and Cogon Community celebrated the Solemnity of the Body and Blood of Christ with a Holy Mass presided by the newly assigned rector of Nazareth Formation House Calbayog Community, Fr. Alito Y. Cangayao. It was truly a memorable moment since Fr. Alito used to serve as a seminarian in both communities. The celebration of the Corpus Christi Sunday, stressing the role of the Eucharist as the source and summit of our faith, was also jam packed with laughter and nostalgia when Fr. Alito reminisced the good old days, as part of his homily. One community prepared a short program to formally welcome Fr. Alito.
