NFH Aspirants Continue Team Building Activities

Calbayog City: Aspirants at Nazareth Formation House (NFH) continued their team-building activities today with a second session led by Mr. Jonas Lim. The session focused on helping them understand how to work better as a team.

The aspirants learned about the importance of being committed to shared goals, having clear roles and responsibilities, making good decisions together, building strong relationships, and keeping communication open.

To practice these ideas, they participated in activities like the Minefield game, Egg Drop challenge, and Trust exercises. These hands-on exercises showed them how working together and trusting each other can help them reach their common goals.

This team-building effort is part of their ongoing formation program at NFH, which aims to build unity and teamwork among the aspirants, preparing them for future work together within the PSDP community.
