CCF Parents' Gathering
Despite scattered rains, some parents of the children in the Calabrian Children's Foundation (CCF) responded to the invitation to gather together for a meeting in CCF Bayabas, Cagayan de Oro city. In the morning, some insights about the family were shared by yours truly. After having their snacks, the parents listened to a talk on the rights of every child that was delivered by Ms. Yolanda Templa, CCF Social worker. In the afternoon, the parents did some activity and later on they were invited to do a group sharing in the presence of their children. As the day's gathering drew to a close, they were again encouraged to take part in the next parents' gathering to be probably held next month.
